Found it on the bay.

bronze series: Made out of plywood, sounds like shite, plays like shite, tuners are shite, balance WAS shite (carving it up would change the balance...)

but hey, it would look dam pretty on my wall... i just would never play it.

I used to have a Bronze series Warlock, and it didn't sound particularly bad at all.  Even objectively- out of all the guitars I've owned, it was a particularly nice one, especially for the price.  For downtuned heavy metal, it was bloody good.
