Hails Guys
my charvel fusion deluxe recently got $%&#ed up on the baseplate.
i mean, that routing where the screws that holds the saddles n the baseplate, are just $%&#ed up
i Mean, they doesn´t Hold the screw there anymore
is there any other solution?
it´s a made by schaller for jackson floyd rose. i think it´s the JT-6.
any clue on what could i do to fiz that problem without spend a lot fo money on buying a new complete floyd rose?

i dont have a clue what you said hehe but if the screws are coming out then stuff about 4 matches in there with glue and your problems will be sorted

Sounds like you need a new base plate, IMO I would get a new floyd rose package cause ordering Base Plates takes FOREVER! I ordered one from the only company that sells them and it took.........*thinks*..........about 7 months. And they sent me the wrong color too  :D.

Unfortunately
the screw hole,is worned. so, the screw keeps on rolling in circles and not hold it . every move, is enough to move the saddle out of his place,so, that means Bad intonation AT ALL

someone here said that if i got larger screws,it willsolve the problem
not sure about that

So basically, the thread for the screws has gone?

The trick I use is, get some wood.

Saw it

Take the saw dust - Combine it with some wood glue, then get a nail, and shove the gluedust in there.

Then screw back into that with your screws ^_^

I think that something stronger than sawdust and woodglue is required to repair the stripped out metal baseplate.
That trick might work to repair a hole in some wood that is stripped out however

you could try a product like chemical metal torepair the baseplate or you can get just the baseplate bit replaced - that trem is made by schaller and is often called the Floyd Rose II, and spare perts are sometimes available

This will not help you now, but in the future:

When turning screws, never add force or much pressure. If you want to make sure a screw is tight, turn it until there is resistance, open a bit, turn a bit further, open a bit, turn a bit further.

Like this you can drill them tight without messing up the screwhole.
