Irvine Kinneas from final fantasy 8// hes just the worst character ina  video game ever.. hes boring never does ANYTHING interesting and well to be honest hes a waste of space.

I thought he was a bit of a jerk to be honest. As to the worst character in an RPG, there's a guy in FF4 who's name I can't remember, but he's wetter than a trout's swimsuit.
