Yeah so as you might guess im a new guy on this board and a new guy too guitar. Im playing a American standard strat, and have been lookin to pick up some apache's to replace the stock single coils. Im playing through a fender blues junior and im just not getting that tone I wish I could. After hearing all the sound clips and reading the reviews ive come to the conclusion that im going to need to get some BKPs.
Need some advice on the RW/RP and the Vintage stagger option (not familiar with those options at all). And im gonna get a prewired guard too. I would be glad to take any further advice on the BKP's
Thanks.

rw/rp means that in position 2 and 4 of your five way switch you will get hum cancelling....and a great sound
the stagger option are to do with your neck profile if you have a neck that is flatish....maybe don't go for that (it was a way to compensate for necks that fretboard was raised more in the middle then the sides, so the pickup poles where raised more to keep the sound equal across the strings......also looks cool to me) usually people get it if they have it one there original pickups....are the little metal pole peices on your pickups raised or flat?

Yeah my pickup poles are raised, so it looks like a vintage stagger will work for me huh?
thanks for the help, it looks like im gonna place my order in the next few minutes, appreciate the help.
