...was looking for a BBE 482 today, found a company that sold them, emailed through their website to ask about availability. They replied back within 20 mins to say they had it, so I ordered it (about 3PM today).
So I get home from work, just sitting down to tea & there's a knock at the door. Open it & there's a guy standing there holding a BBE 482. "Hello there" he says "I'm looking for Mr Antag" & proceeds to explain that as I'm "only just up the road" (actually I'm a good 1½ hour drive away) that he'd drop it in on the way home.
Unreal. I only wish they carried more things I wanted... :)

Here's one of mine:
I posted on an internet forum about a problem finding a fuse for my splawn, and the guy who made my amp (mr scott splawn) emailed me as soon as he read the thread and told me the best places to get the fuses etc.
Really good service, I think.
