Title: New guitar time
Post by: badgermark on July 01, 2007, 04:47:29 PM: Righty, I want a change of gear, so I'm selling off my Gibson SG and Epi Les Paul (any takers? :wink:) and wanting something new.

I have no idea what I want. Been thinking of something that will compliment my telecaster, possibly semi-hollow or chambered. Been looking at the Gretsch eletromatic series, namely the duo jet or double jet with bigsby's.

So I'm looking for something interesting thats semi/chambered and around £450. Oh and a decent scale length would be nice, something longer than a LP would be very sexy.

superstrat scale/shape e.t.c... humbuckers, two f-holes if i remember correctly. the one i played in soundcontrol ages ago was pretty nice.

its about £400 i think.

Some other cool semi hollows are the Epiphone Alleykat and Wildkat.
