Title: Bare Knuckle P90 Cover Question

Hiya

Just pickup up of ebay a BKP90 Neck Pickup with a Cream cover

The guitar has a black BKP92 in the bridge and I'd like to have black
at the neck too.

Can you take the covers off a BKP90 without damaging the wax potting ?
If so, how ?

the covers on p-90's are not really attached with anything so can just be pulled of any replaced with the cover you want

Yep, they just push on Chris.  I'm sure you can get one off BKP that'll fit perfectly  ;)

Doh - so it does. Didn't want to try to pull the cover off for fear of damaging the windings - But hey, you live and learn. Thanks Chaps
