I was at a gig of Tim's band Ozzmosis, at which he used a Les Paul that had a Cold Sweat set in it (if my memory's correct?). All I can say is that they sounded awesome  :D

My next BKP will be a Cold Sweat, as recommended by Tim, and I play in an old school metal band.

I wonder how a Cold Sweat bridge pickup would sound combined with an Emerald Alnico V in the neck position.
My emerald has a reversed magnet which might be an unusual combination with the CS (middle position.)

Chris.

So will a set of Cold Sweats sound good in a Les Paul, and what's the difference between CS and NB?

Cold Sweats sound awesome in a Les Paul.Have you checked my track in the players room yet? It will give you a good idea of the CS tone.CS in a Gibson Les Paul STD.

It has more bottom end and is tighter than a Nailbomb, and has alot of punch.
