expencive but nice........ :D :D
Its a real looker!!!!!!!!
-
It's pretty, but I hate the bridge and tailpiece - far too many adjustable bits!
-
Argh - My eyes!
That's going a bit far =X
-
what do you mean too far?

those bits are optional tho.
-
Ermmm why don't I like that...is there something wrong with me? usually I see a flash of tailpiece & my eyes start wandering, but that...nothing
-
I think it's a case of sometimes "less is more". There's just too much shiny chrome, too many fiddly bits. Especially since it's a nice plain unbound fretboard with dot markers.
Replace those ABM parts with regular Gotoh or Schaller ones, ditch the chrome pickup rings and put on plain black (or ebony?) ones. Then it would look great, there'd be nothing to draw your eyes away from the wood and the workmanship. :D
Just an opinion, o'course...

That fine tuning tail piece isn't fiddly.....very practical while playing, especially with a fresh set of strings or if a string breaks and you have to replace it during a gig.....have tried it, liked it a lot so i think its a actual improvement on an old design.......but thats just me.
Also if the guitar costs 3000 € +, why not put chrome pickup rings on the thing? More durable than plastic ones (yes i have had pickup rings break).
Well, for those of you who prefer simpler desigs check these out......

Happy surfin' :D

Nice looking guitar but I also don't like the chrome parts. They kinda remind me of cheap kids toys for some reason. Too shiny and BLING! I think they'd look much better in standard nickel though.
-
Ugly as sin :)

To me, that les paul just lacks an essential ingredient i call 'vibe'
It just looks... bland. Nice in a glass cabinet maybe, definately very functional, but it doesnt make me want to pick it up and play it.
And thats the ONLY thing a guitar needs to do for me.

mmmm LOVE that wood type. I gots ta find me a blank of that!

Thank you.....FINALLY some positive feedback. :D :D :D

i like it, except the wood's a wee bit OTT
-
I think it looks really nice except for the headstock, I`m just not feeling that. I like the bridge etc, looks really chunky. I like a badass bridge ;). The wood in the pickups is a good touch also.
-
Taking another look at it - I think it would be fine if the bridge was a stoptail.
Also those pickup rings are hideous - They need to be replaced then it would be pretty.
