Ok, so I got some bareknuckles on the way, but I'm useless when it comes to understanding wiring.
The guitar has a HSS setup, with each one going into a 2-way on/off switch. At the moment, it looks like its wired:
Humbucker (Seymour Duncan) - Black wire to on/off switch, red & white wires taped together, gree & bare wires going to back of a pot
Singles (Jackson) - Clear wire going to switch, bare to ground.
I seem to remember someone saying that Bare Knuckle and Seymour Duncan have different colour schemes, so I was wondering if some electrical wizards could tell me which coloured wires should go where when the pickups arrive?
Thanks in advance

on the humbucker the red wire will go to the switch, green and white soldered together and black and bare will go to the back of a pot.
i think the singles are white to switch and black to ground but cant really remember. They will work either way round anyway

Awesome, thanks Wez.
Sounds like it should be a pretty easy job for my first go at pickup switching.

always worth taking a few pics of the wiring before you begin!
