Well after his stroke, he's now had a heart attack.

Hope he's alright.

Gaaahhhhh,

I am so annoyed that his health is continuing to cause him problems. Hie may be no YJM but thats a good thing

Apart from playing one of the best gigs I was ever at (Amsterdam 84), he is according to a friend that was in one of his "pick up bands" one of the nicest people in the world.

I wish him well

I was supposed to see him a while back quite locally, then he went and had a stroke. I'm guessing it's quite unlikely he'll be playing live again now.

I hope he's alright, too.  I saw him play in a packed church  once.  aND HE  didn't play nothin but the boogie.  Great  Show.  He stopped for a minute, and "preached  on the importance of spankin your kids so they are'nt spoiled and beligerant.  Very humorous and a great showman.  '2000 when I saw him.
