I've just had my tech put a BKP VHII in my Strat, so now it's an HSS guitar.
To get the best from all the pickups, I wanted it wired like this:
Pot 1: 500k volume (bridge humbucker only)
Pot 2: 250k volume (neck and middle single coils only)
Pot 3: 250k tone (neck and middle only)
My tech has wired it incorrectly, and he says he can't figure out how to do what I want. Currently, Pot 1 acts on the bridge pickup only as required, but pot 2 acts as a master volume on all three pickups. So the bridge is going through TWO volume controls, which must be costing me some output and high-end.
Please could anyone tell me where to find a wiring diagram for what I want? I think it's possible, since I've read that this is how Matthias Jabs (Scorpions) has his Strats wired. I'll be very grateful for any pointers.

I would like the Matthias Jabs wiring diagram as well

I've found this:

and this:

I believe this is what I was looking for, although I don't know the first thing about wiring. What do you think about it, Jonathan?

Yep - this will work
It's pretty cool
Think I will do a Matthias Jabs style strat at some point
Will do it 22 fret though - 24 seems overkill
You could put in a toggle switch to coil split the bridge HB so you can sound all stratty in position 2
MJ also has a mini switch that switches the regular output to a direct humbucker to output - bypassing all controls - a solo switch

I'm planning to do this wiring too. But using those diagrams, how would I go about wiring it up with a master tone? I don't want to use a push/pull or anything like that, and rarely use a tone control anyway.
