Title: Splawn Mod for Marshall 800

Checked out the reviews and the web-site was considering getting this done.

Anyone else had their 800 modded by splawn?

Also would I have to send the whole thing overthere; or do I pay for the instructions and get an amp tech to it this side of the pond?

The BEST thing to do would be to call Splawn and speak to Scott. 2nd best would be to post on the Splawn forum. Scott & Co. watch the forum very closely.

You should check with Scott,i'm not sure if he still does mods as he is so busy making amps now..

Scott does watch the forum, he once emailed me after I posted a message on there within 10mins of it being up.. and he was more than happy to call me internationally to speak to me about the issue.

Scotts customer service is outstanding and his amps are really great, im no longer using a Splawn because it wasn't quite what I was looking for but I would recommend one to anybody who's looking for a really aggressive bright sounding marshall.

Was thinking about sending him and email; is the stuff he does similar to voodoo for example? same kind of mods/results?

I guess it would probably be easier to buy a marshall of Ebay in the US and have it shipped to him?
