Hey guys, I recently picked up a cheap-o guitar and am looking to drop some Bareknuckles in it. I'm planning to get a Nailbomb in the bridge and a MQ P90 in the neck. Which cover would you suggest for this guitar.. I'm looking at either Chrome or Raw Nickel.

You had some pretty shiny hardware there, I'd either go with the flow and put in chrome, or add a dash of colour and go with burnt chrome.
Edit: Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the welcome. My first instinct is to go with the chrome. That burnt chrome is absolutely gorgeous - I'm just not sure how it'd look with the rest of the color scheme.
Edit: A quick PS job yields this...

I think I may be sticking with chrome.

Ravelle copy, payed $70 :D
-
cool
-
wasnt aware anyone was making cheap ravelle copies - thats kinda cool!! Dont like the little point on the rear end though, it doesnt flow quite as nicely
I just make expensive ravelle copies

Chrome IMO
Nickel seems to get really grubby quickly (I guess some people call it "aged" but I prefer my guitars to look new & shiny :))

Heh, yeah it clashes a bit, but I don't actually dislike it. If it wasn't my 'first' guitar I'd go with the burnt just to be different. But chrome seems to be the way forward.
Nice Photo Chop by the way.

^Yea, that's sorta what I'm thinking. It's just gonna be a crazy over-the-top guitar, which makes me almost like those burnt one's more on it.
-
i'm just kinda wondering why it has chrome tailpiece and p/u's, brownish gold volume/control knobs, and a black pickup selector switch. they must've been a bit confused?
i'd stick with either chrome or maybe even open coiled white. and then change the hardware to match.

Who makes that guitar?
I want one.

^^Fernandes, I believe and I think they are part of ESP?!?
-
hmm, I think in the Japan world, Edwards is ESP, and burny is part of Fernandes?
-
thats not a fernandez, its a copy. he said he got it for like 100 euros didn't he?

The brand is called Titan. It's an unbelievably cheap guitar. The company has a whole slew of copies on eBay anywhere from $25-100.
This (http://search.stores.ebay.com/NATIONAL-MUSIC-SUPPLY-BUY-NOW-STORE_fg061s_W0QQfciZ5QQfclZ3QQfsnZNATIONALQ20MUSICQ20SUPPLYQ20BUYQ20NOWQ20STOREQQftsZ2QQsaselZ5560518QQsofpZ0) is where I got it. Just click on any of those and scroll down a little, there will be a "Shop by Style" section where they have several different guitar copies. I'll let you guys know how it plays when it arrives on Thursday.
