Love the strat. I was tempted by a ash lite strat, couldn't find any though before I found my Standard.

I also love how the strat looks. The birdseye on that neck is more subtle than some other Lite Ashes I've seen, I prefer it like that. I think I prefer rosewood board on white strats but it still looks awesome, and maple feels really nice :)

Thanks. The Strat has a 3 ply scratchplate instead of single and has been fitted with a Tusq nut & rewired by Jon @ Feline as well...

Nice bunch of guitars Dave, the Strats very cool! Those frets on the Peavey V are they flat? How do they feel?

Not really, they are Dunlop 6100 that have been dressed at Feline. Slightly narrower than 6000s but just as high.

BTW - it's Gibson LP scale.

Dave,

what do you think to the lite ash, has it got the v or c neck.

I have one and playability wise it is my absolute fav but I sometimes wonder about the underlying tone.

Is yours buzzy ?

My Lite Ash strat has a lovely soft V neck. That was a major positive selling point for me.

The re-fret with such massive wire really takes it out of any inherent comparison with the stock - plus tone wise the Sinner easily pushes out humbucker power output.

It's a werewolf in sheep's clothing!
