Hi!

If I'd have to go for a Holy Diver (with black metal cover btw) in a soloist-style custom made neck-through guitar with maple neck/rosewood fretboard/maple or ash sides, would it be better to put 250K volume pot? Would it be more balanced that way or the 500K is ok?

What would you say?

keep the 500k itll sound fine 250k pots will only muddy up the tone and youll lose some of the harmonic quality and alot of the top end in your sound

definately 500k with humbuckers and especially with a pickup that has as much bass as the HD.
