Is the purple/black zebra available on all humbuckers, or just the Rebel Yell?
Thanks.

Strictly speaking just the Rebel Yell humbuckers as Steve asked for that but to be honest I don't see why any of the other models couldn't be made in the purple and black-after all we make RYs in stock zebras etc.

That's saved me asking a question! :D
I was thinking of ordering a set of purple/cream Crawlers for my Edwards LP, but it's a very different shade of purple so I'm afraid it wouldn't look right.

Ooh yeah that would look good too. Provided it has cream mounting rings of course. (and I wanna see that Edwards, did you post a pic somewhere?)
Thanks, Tim!

There's a pic in one of the Edwards threads somewhere, but I don't suppose it does any harm to post an IMG link again.
Here it is, still with Duncan pickups for now. See what I mean about the purple colour, it's almost black in some lighting conditions but the BKP purple bobbins are much brighter :( . I'll probably go for regular black/cream zebras.

Actually I think that would look ok. If you see Jon Shaffer's trans black Les Paul, the purple looks darker in that.

You could be right - and his guitar hasn't even got any other purple bits like mine has.

funny how my monitor is so cr@ppy that guitar is pure black on my screen.

 Thanks to the camera flash, it actually looks more purple in the pic than it does in most lighting. So I guess that proves it's a pretty dark colour.

Black & Purple Crawlers! :D

I don't say this much, so...
AWWWWWWWWWWSOMMMMMMMMMME :D

Thanks! :D
I experimented with my cream/purple idea, but it didn't work - it was too bright somehow. But with the purple being lighter than the guitar's shade of purple, and the black being darker (obviously) the black/purple looks just right.

I have a feeling this is going to look very tasty when installed :D
