READ ME before posting sound clips! Guidelines
« on: April 08, 2005, 12:37:11 PM »
Hi all,

The attachment feature of the forum allows users to upload sound clips/songs of their Bare Knuckle pups hard at work.

For instructions on how to attach files, see the bottom of the FAQ.
http://bareknucklepickups.co.uk/forum/faq.php

Before you upload your attachment, it would be useful if you could include your username at the beginning of the filename; this will help us manage the attachments.

There is no limit on the number of files you can upload or the upload size - generous huh! - well we think so anyway! (Actually, I lie.  There are limits on both but they should be big enough for it to not be a problem!)

We would love for your sound clips to be in one of the following formats - mp3, rm (Real Audio), wma (windows media audio).  If I am not mistaken, MP3 is the most common of the three, and is therefore the preferred format.

I think that just about covers it.

Ol.

PS. Needless to say, any 'off-topic' sound clips will have to be removed as storage is at a premium!

BKP Clips/Non-BKP Clips
« Reply #1 on: June 06, 2005, 10:12:50 PM »
All BKP members,

Apologies, but due to the massive increase in bandwidth usage, we are going to have to limit the uploading of sound clips to BKP clips only; we will unfortunately have to    remove non-BKP clips.

If you wish to share a non-BKP clip then please:
a)  use another storage site (e.g. Yahoo! Briefcase)
b)  post it in the Time Out forum

Thanks! :-)

The subject of your post and your sound clip must contain the name of the BK pickup being played.

Any clips posted without this detail will be deleted without warning.   :gib:

Thanks!
