Pickups for Jackson KE2 kelly

I mainly play thrash metal and I'm into a not so distorted clear tone with articulation. Think of the Kill 'em All and you're pretty close. I've been using Duncan invaders, but they are a bit too mushy and undefined. What pickup would be close to the invader, but with more clarity and articulation(=less bassy)?

A ceramic Miracle Man will eat the Duncan Invader for breakfast and the Nailbomb is an option if you like playing cleans aswell

Another vote for ceramic Warpig here ... you want brutality mixed with stop-on-a-dime bass response.

Clean?!? The guitar looks like it's ment for stabbing young lads , so cleans aren't actually that much of a priority. I prefer a guitar that does one thing well over a guitar that is a jack of all trades and does nothing perfectly.

I listened to the samples and got a bit afraid of the overpowered bass hump of the miracle man. Samples are usually far from the real thing though. I just plain hate the modern Zakk wylde thing.

The guitar was originally armed with JB/Jazz set, which lacked seriously some low end definition.

Wich of the pickups, nailbomb or miracle man, would deliver the defined yet somewhat think and articulate low end, enchanced mids and enough high clarity for soloing?

Guitar is Alder/Maple/ebony with floyd rose.

How about the neck pickup? I'm Still looking for definition and extra heavy mid range and Invader is extremely good at neck position, but my sound would benefit from less bass.

I'd go for a Miracle man bridge, and a Cold Sweat neck!
I wish women were like pickups - if they lack output, you sell them... or ask Tim to rewind them :D

yup, painkiller set it is. Price is kinda salty, but who cares as long as they sound good!
