those Vox Valvetronix amps are pretty nice; just a matter of what your budget is really then as to which you go for.
What kind of music are you looking to play?

So many options, as Indy says.

What's your budget?
How loud are you allowed to play?
What tones are you after?

As per my usual amp suggestion: Vox AD30VT - You can turn down the power to 0.5 Watts if needed.  Should be in your price range too.
Advice worth what you just paid for it.

I recommend you use a THD Hot Plate on your current (very good) rig. That will come to about $300 if you pay full retail at a place like Matt Uminov.

The problem with those amps is that 'XD' is an 'anime face' online and i cant help but laugh at it every time i see it.

The OP and I spoke on the telephone yesterday about many guitar-related topics.

He has a Lee Jackson modded Marshall head (don't know the exact model) and a Mesa 2x12!

I'd go with the Hot Plate, I use one on my Rockerverb 50 and it's superb. I'm considering getting another to put on my TT.
