Different magnet types

Hey, this one's for those of you who know a bit about different alnico magnets. My question is, from the alnico II,III,IV, and V magnets, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each? For example, I really like the way the alnico IV'S sound. If I put an alnico IV in a Riff Raff instead of a V, what would change?
