Hi guys ,

Thanks ever so much for all the advice.  In the end I did somthing completly different I bought a guitar instead a Gordon Smith slimline60 2nd hand .  The price was too good not to so the amps on hold for a couple of months.   The question now is what pups will be right for it?

Cheers guys

where do you lot find these guitars? I've never ever ever seen a guitar whose price was "too good not to buy".

Am I just a stickler for a bargain or something? Maybe I have particular guitar needs :( Still, it stops me buying telecasters :D
