Well a surveyor was supposed to come and sort this out yesterday. He cancelled all his appointments but failed to let me know. I waited in all day for him and lost a days money. The Croat tuppence lickers screwed down all their flooring on Saturday morning as I heard them beavering around. Pun 'not' intended!
