Anybody with experiance of Hamer XT series guitars
« on: April 23, 2008, 01:45:24 PM »
For once I will have some money and am in the market for 2 things (a set of BK Pickups (at last)) and something with P90s in

I tried a little Hamer SATP90 (gold top) whice was pretty nice in the shop but was wondering if anybody out there had had any longer term experience of the XT range (as we all know that a few minutes in a shop isn't always representive)

Regards,

Rob...

i have a hamer vector in the XT series.

its a well put together guitar. not too sure about the tuners and electronics though... actually i am sure about them - sure you'll want to upgrade them ;)

I'm thinking about an XT standard (explorer) but I think I'd rather have mahogany than alder.
