wiring problem

hey,i have just wired a new pickup into a guitar, since i did this whenever i select the middle humbucker and bridge humbucker together it sounds really quitet.. i had this before once, and i had to swap some wires about to fix it.  Im just unsure which ones to swap..

here is the diagram i used to wire the pickup.

Does it sound kind of thin, with not much bass?  The pickups are probably out of phase.

Try swapping red and black.

Excellent  :) .  I quite like the out-of-phase sound, but it doesn't work in every guitar.
