I got this second hand about 5 years ago (my first guitar), so I've got no idea when it was made.
It's got 2 single coil pickups, and a humbucker, with a 5 way selector for diffent pickup combinations (I only really use the bridge humbucker). Theres one volume and one tone control - but the volume one doesnt seem to make much of a difference on mine (its either on or off basically)
Bolt on thin maple neck with 22 frets, and a V shaped headstock with non-locking tuners (look good but one of the washers in my thin e has gone)
It looks kinda like a strat shape, but the 'arm bit' where the strap is attached is a bit longer. The body is orange/dark red fading to black at the edges - hard to explain but its a nice colour.

It's no secret that Fender makes great guitar amps, but which one is the best? We think it's the Blues Junior. Find out why.        http://fenderbluesjunioramps.com

It looks a bit like mahogany, but that's only based on the grain pattern of the longer horn.  Maybe nato or something like that?
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

If you send an e:mail enquiry to Tanglewood, ( via their website )  I found them to be very informative about various aspects of my Tanglewood TH502.

Sometimes it takes them a while to reply, but they do reply in detail.

Good luck !  :)
