Pedal board 'screw + bike chian' - who does them?

There was a guy selling these in the UK on Ebay and from his website but I can't find the link.  Does anybody know where to get these in the UK?

Easier to get a cheap bike chain if you have a chain breaker then just take it apart and use the side plates for it :) Thats what I do and you get bloody loads on one chain!
