First impressions...

I just got home from a meeting and fired up Guitar Rig 3

Definition is excellent and they are more defined in the top end.

I love the clarity both clean and overdriven.

Warpigs were dirtier and less pronounced in the high end on this Les Paul.

I reckon I'll have to give them a good six months of gigging and recording to see if I prefer them to the warpigs...

What to do with my warpigs?

Need to find them a light / bright guitar to live in....
Maybe a Tremonti SE or similar.

The Les Paul is definitely a better guitar for me now that I have loaded the new MMs. I think I will have to give it a good six months to be sure, as the honeymoon period is always a bit misleading.

I will try and use it this weekend on a mates track and see how it records. Luckily I have a few days of work, so its the best time for me to experiment a little with this new setup.

I still want to change the caps though...
