1x Bass and 2x Guitar (Rebel Yell) recording
« on: December 01, 2008, 08:55:48 PM »
Here we go, now I haven't got much experience with playing or recording bass, balance is tough to get right, especially I can't get the bass heard on my macbook speakers ... well, anyways, much better bass than I could have done with my old rig - the Bogner Shiva

Guitar is a PRS SE Singlecut with Rebel Yells, Axe FX amp models are CAE 3+ Rhythm on both, the rhythm and lead channels. Recorded through a real Bogner 4x12 and SM57.
Bass however is direct recording, Ampeg SVT Model into factory 8x10 speaker IR.

Here's the clip:

LOL, right, if I have 1m$ to spare, I'll drop 500K on a genuine '59 burst and the rest on the Grandes :O)
