Calibrated sets
« on: April 27, 2009, 05:44:44 PM »
Afternoon all - quick question. If I bought a single HB and wanted to buy another later down the line for the same guitar how could they be calibrated?

Probably a naive question but responses appreciated!
I think I hate being indecisive.

They're only calibrated in the sense of being a neck model and a bridge model - that particular set of pickups won't be calibrated to each other.

So if you buy a Mule bridge now and a Mule neck in 6 months, it'll be no different to buying a Mule set now!

Even then you could ask for old specs (like the old-spec HD which a few people have).

You can send the existing pickup back to BKP and can they 'match' you a second for the pair.  I've done this before.....
