PRS SE truss rod adjuster
« on: May 09, 2009, 06:37:18 PM »
Ive just bought a PRS tremonti se of ebay and its in need of a truss rod adjustment, however it did not come with its 'tool kit' and its a nut type adjuster (as opposed to an allen key) and the wrench that came with my US PRS is to big so it doesnt get any purchase on the nut. So does anyone now what size wrench i need as i cant get a socket in there to adjust it either, and there are some truss rod wrenches on ebay but i dont want to waste money if i dont have to.

Does anyone know if a gibson truss rod wrench would fit? Or would this work : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Truss-Rod-Adjuster-For-Rickenbacker-Bass-or-Guitar_W0QQitemZ260393446583QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Guitar_Accessories?hash=item260393446583&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A1|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A0|293%3A1|294%3A50 ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Kieran

It's a 5/16 inch. My Gibson works on my PRS SE.
