Amazing what a bit of echo can do.

Great tone. The pickups look like mini humbuckers with a dual row pole screws.

I think that's a John Birch pickup - I used to have one in my SG for a while. (must have still got it somewhere....)

It is a John Diggins guitar (JAYDEE), but he built it when he was finishing up at John Birch and they are John Birch pickups.  If you have one you want to sell let me know -  could use it in my WezV JB replica!  I have a John Birch and they do have great mojo and an excellent sound (though they have a lot of controls), I think the mini hb heavy wound gives this power P-90 sound.  I have tried to get Tim to make one.....
