Yeah, it looks cool there.  Not so good if you favour shielding under the pickguard!

One thing I don't like with clear pickguards is around the screws, where the plastic is pressed up more tightly against the finish, it makes it look like a different colour.

i am having fun making the pickguard for twinfans spangly blue la cabronita.

I made if from clear perspex before attaching a stick on 'WV' logo and spraying the back white... then i trimmed around and peeled off the logo.  i am happy with it because its distinctly non-fender, a bit gretschy but not quite - i just like the way light refracts through the clear making in all look a bit different to a sheet of solid colour - should look good on the spangly blue

the best thing about clear guards is the cheap 'intsant custom' things you can do.  print off a picture and cut it to pickguard shape and you have a whole new look in the time it takes you to remove and replace a few screws

I liek that - I'm assuming the guitar is some kind of Charvel?
I think I hate being indecisive.

I'd get a rear routed Strat and put a clear pickguard on it, I think that'd suit my taste.

But I like the green one there, I think cause it looks simple with the single humbucker, no shielding and also the simple wiring so it doesn't look like a cluster$%&# in there for all to see.

I'd like a green guitar. I find the Warmoth 'charger green' a bit too dark for my taste. i'd prefer something more in-ya-face.
