ugh, well we cant get the bloody O2 package as apparently we arent in the right area for it - we could only have "O2 Access" which is £18 a month and seems rather cr@p. Just signed up for BT total broadband unlimited as that seems to be the cheapest/best we can get in our area :\ Cant seem to find anything better but it'll have to do I guess!
Got all the leccy and gas stuff sorted now, eon werent actually too bad to get it sorted out with over the phone!
