info on abraxas

i'm getting some abraxas really soon, but i need to know a few things about them and their not up in the shop yet so i can't  find specs on the yet.  
do they have 4 conductor wiring?
do they have with iv or v magnets(i could have sworn i read a thread with someone saying their v and another saying thier iv but i might have been dead tired and misread) and if so i forget the different in tones the 2 give off
how much do they cost in american dollars
and this last question is stupid but one can dream, do they get sold in sets or seperalty(ie a bridge and a neck together)

Most of it is up to you. You can get either AIV or AV. AIV is more vintage and mellow sounding, AV is louder and has more top end, I believe. You can get 2con or 4con wiring on all humbuckers at no extra costs. You can get a single pickup or a calibrated set.

Some of the Alnico IV vs. V choice may come down to what kind of guitar you plan to put your pups in.  I've seen Abraxas IV recommended for LPs and other mahogany-bodied sort of guitars.  The Abraxas V may be more appropriate for, I dunno, lighter guitars with ash and alder and that kinda thing.

The Good Folks of BKP can chime in and clarify on matching magnet to guitar body better than I!

The abraxas is made with IV as standard, and can be bought with 2 or 4 conductor, in a set or as a single.
