A small request...
« on: May 25, 2010, 07:46:13 PM »
Please could you just watch the video linked below.

Got this from a friend who was asked to promote it a bit by his guitar teacher.  She's a young girl he's been giving lessons to and wants to encourage, but she was disheartened at having low hits for this video of a song which obviously means an awful lot to her.

If you decide to comment, please be nice.  :)

Thanks all.

Bless her. For some one her age that song was well written, if she carries this on as a career in a few years time it looks promising.

I certainly agree with Steve there .  :)

A lovely voice - and enjoyably relaxed but assured delivery . It is of course a lovely lyric /  idea /   tribute in itself for a much loved and missed Mum ;  but there is also the uplifting realisation, that this young Lady could be going from strength to strength as a player and performer in the years ahead.

A nice one all round - I hope she keeps up the good work !   :D

a touching reminder of what's precious in life.too often esp. at a young age we take parents for granted as we do
eyes, ears , clean water and a million other simple things that can make us happy by just remembering that they're
there.lovely voice

That was very touching. Poor girl losing her Mum like that-very sad. Being objective I thought that it was beautifully simple and she should be proud of herself.

That nearly made me

Must be the worst thing in the world losing a parent at such a young age.  Really brave of her to broadcast her song to the world.

I think that's a really lovely song and she has a great voice.  Very touching indeed, definite lump in the throat time.

Heartbreaking but excellent song and well performed too.
A generous heart, kind speech and a life of service & compassion are the things which renew humanity
