New guitar coming, need pickup suggestions...

Just snagged an Ibanez RG26001 (RGT220). Its a neck thru with ash wings, two direct mounted hums. Dimarzio IBZ come stock (no thanks..:-) )

I love the recording of Tim demoing the Miracle Man.

I tried a C Pig in a few other guitars, Id like something "bolder"

I play mostly metal, also some hair metal

Also need advice on neck pickup? I like a bright, ballsy neck sound

Any help would be sweet. Sorry for the 100000000th advice thread..:/

Something "bolder" than a C-Pig? Cripes!

Miracle man does fit the bill for bright and ballsy. Also handles downtuning superbly well, I don't think you'd be disappointed there.

I'd also take a look at the PK set. The Painkiller neck is the only stock ceramic neck pickup from BKP, and from what I've heard of it (not had a PK myself yet), it would fit your requirements rather well.

As ever, my best advice is: ask Tim!

So I got the Nailbombs yesterday and all I can say is HOLY F!@#K!!!

The bridge sounds so nasty. Ive always pined over Cantrells tone on We Die Young, and this pickup nailed it. Im amazed at how good the A5 magnet sounds vs Ceramic. It breaths fire!!

just wish it had more mids, like the holy diver (best pup for Alice)
