Thanks folks, I'm sure he'll be right as rain soon enough.

Although he's pretty uncomfortable he's always got a smile for the nurses and is certainly charming them all.  Also, the consultant is hopefull he'll be home in 3 weeks which is much better.  He's mad on motorbikes and cars so I'll take him a superbike DVD tomorrow to keep him occupied :D

If he likes motorbikes may I recommend  TT On-Bike laps 2010, its mesmerising!

Ouch, that must be horrible at that age, not really understanding what's happened.  Get well soon little chap!

But I don't know about putting summer on hold, it's too bloody long anyway.  Can we just cancel it?

Out of hospital this morning :D

Either me or his mum has stayed over for the last 2 and a bit weeks.  I stayed last night and woke up singing this song
