ye, I know what ya mean but they are stuck to a pos guitar and upclose they aren't the same imo. I was unsure about flame v quilt before I started looking at pics but these colours really do seem to work best with quilt. The more tasteless the better

No offence Lew. It's a stunning showpiece. I like some quilt tops on the more expensive guitars like PRS cause they have more depth. I reckon your guitar is a real chameleon in the stagelights.

They're sometimes called Cariburst or Carrieburst.  I remeber a discussion about this over at Project guitar so maybe have a search around there.
