Yes and no, they fit, and the route doesn't need any modding, but you need to make some slight modifications to the legs on the baseplate; i.e. bend them inwards slightly, as they are wider than the route by a few mm. As long as you're gentle and take your time, it's an easy job with needle-nose pliers. Do, however, make sure that you specify that you want bent legs, not Dimarzio style ones - I recently ordered a 7 string pickup and it came with Dimarzio style flat tabs, which made it 3 times the work for me to bend them carefully to the right shape (I didn't have the heart to send it back, especially since I wanted to play with it as soon as possible). By the way, I'm not sure if Tim can make baseplates specifically to fit 707 routes, but it's such an easy job to mod a regular one, I never bothered to ask.
I also recently got covered 7 string pickups for the first time; if you want to use standard 7 string pickup rings (Duncan style ones) to cover the ugly-as-sin routes, then you will need to file down the insides of the pickup rings, so the covers fit. It's a 10 minute job with your significant other's emery board :D (I got in trouble for that). If you're going without covers, they will fit stock, no problem.
Finally, you may well have to drill a ground wire to the bridge of your guitar, since stock EMG guitars more often than not don't have one by default.
