The Vin30 is gonna stand out a bit more, in both EQ and volume. It'll still be a nice tone. A little "wider and sharper" than twin Vin30s. Bogner likes to mix the Vin30s and G12t75s in their Uberkab and that thing slays.

i have done as an x pattern it in a 4x12.
I had two 4x12's, one with V30xT75 and one with V30xCL80

I prefer the V30xT75 mix. Granted, I didn't give them much chance to break in. Just seemed to have too much low end for me. So i went back to T75 w/V30. I A/B'ed the two cabs at the time.

I'm currently borrowing a Zilla Dumble-style diagonal 2x12 with that combination. The Classic Lead does seem very clear and the cab in general is great sounding.

I was going to use that speaker with my V30 but then I got a G12H30 and put it in instead
The sound is very thick and transparent. The low mids and bass of the G12 really blend with the V30s high miss and presence. They sort of balance eachother out.

Thanks to everyone that posted - I got a V30 from ebay to put in my big 2x12 Zilla cab with my Fender Supersonic head.  I like the combination better that G12H100/CL80 combo and the G12H30s that I had tried before - the cleans are more glassy, and the distortion is very marshally, for want of a better word.

However, whilst waiting for the speaker I plugged my Supersonic into the 2x10 Weber 10F150s of my Vibroverb - and there was instant rapport - even though Fender designed the Supersonic for a V30, it sounded very 'blackface' through the Vibroverb (which highlights how 'brown' Fender's sound different).  Perhaps being a Fender amp fan I just don't like Celestions and the British sound - so I am contemplating whether to replace the Celestions with some Weber 12F150s = trouble is they costs a bomb..... :x

FWIW, I had changed my Mesa Recto 2x12 with V30s for an Engl Ex12 with CL80/K100 combination & still consider it one of the best gear purchases I ever made.

I found it sounded smoother & "bigger" all round, my Engl Savage head in the the Recto cab gave me a really "hard" top end that I struggled to tame.  I often switch the 4x12 to stereo & just use the CL80 side.  I REALLY like CL80s :)  If/when I get round to buying a Zilla fat boy, CL80s will be the first speakers I try in it...
