OK, here's the story, I re-wired my Ibanez 7 string and I thikn i may have the pickups the wrong way round, bridge @ neck etc.
They have no markings except dimarzio made in USA so I don't know which is which, but I know the bridge should be abour 13k and the neck about 8k (they came with another Ibanez 7 string as stock)
So with my cheapo mulitmeter what wires do I have to connect to get the DC res.? also, do I have to unsolder the pickup first?
