Nice, I've got one of their high gain mad bar-steward pedals and I love it for the silly gained stuff, how does this work out for you?

Only had it a day but already got lovely crunch tone dialled in. Clean channel is fine better with the voice button in as it was a bit harsh with the les paul on the boutiqe setting, but maybe a little more tweaking will change that. No fizzyness like I had on my TSL, great definition and nice tight focused sound and a lot easier to set up. Still have the TSL but only as I read a few stories on the Blackstar Forum which gave me a little concern but time will tell. Touch wood it will be okay but after one day it sounds really good to my old ears anyway. Dont do high gain stuff just doing Bluesy stuff and Classic rock

If you take good care of it you should have no problems i imagine.

Glad it's doing well for you. If you decide to go back to the TSL at any point stick some JJ E34L power valves in and it will get rid of the fizzyness in the high end.

cheers Toe Iwas going to sell my TSL but I might just try your suggestion and if it improves the TSL then I might keep it be nice to have a backup cos at the moment this Blackstar sounds great.

I'm currently building a SLO style amplifier and will be getting a TSL60 head as a back up as after a few mods that i've done to it i've managed to get rid of the fizz, tame the gain a bit and get rid of a lot of the mud from the low end. So it will be nice to have the head version as a back up as it will take up less space than my combo.

I'm glad your amp is working well. Now all you need is clips to go with your post & pic!
