hi all, i'm thinking of picking up a basic acoustic guitar, removing the face of it,refacing it with a stainless steel one with a bk pickup configuration setup, kinda like an electric mandolin resonater type device. any suggestions on which bk pickup? any comments?

I think I would save the expensive p-ups for something less experimental, or at least build it and choose a pickup once you have a clearer idea how it sounds

Like the man said, build it with cheap pickups and see how it sounds, then decide if it's worth throwing money at
