Hey guys I went for the wampler plexidrive (from hotrox notts), truly brilliant plexi in a box tone! sounds equally good with humbuckers and single coils (blackmore strat) - very hendrixy. I liked it better compared to the higher gain wampler pinnacle, plextortion and mi crunchbox, I didn't need that much gain to be honest, was looking more for organic crunch. The plexidrive has the raw marshall sound with harmonic overtones aplently, wampler is a very clever man. Check his stuff out!

Good choice, mate. I literally just watched a demo of it and was coming back here to mention it.

Those Wamplers have a great reputation. So many good (boutique)pedals on the market nowadays.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.

Our BoobTube. It's epic. Still a pain in the arse to build at the moment (a lot of it is on the back of the tube socket, I'm slowly sorting a PCB for it, but that's months away given work and other commitments). But quiet, and sounds like a 2nd overdrive channel on an amp more than a pedal.

Mine is essentially the proto and baseline for it. I'd like a 2nd opinion before I start getting serious with it designing boards and getting things fabbed. So I'm trying to convince Dave to give it a trail to see what he thinks.
When you´re racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just pies.
