Doing the easy BillM 'Twinstack' mod that allows you to totally cut the mids to take some of the mush out caused by the always on mid control?

Yeah, the speaker contributes to the problem: too many highs and too less bass with strats and tele's.
was thinking of a Celestion GH30 or something similar.
I'm also looking at the Carvin 3VM Sancho recommends, but it's over the budget I want to spend at the moment.
Interesting it the Line6 DT25. Clips sounds quite good, it's portable, flexible and affordable. In the future I can always hook up a HD500. For the moment my boutiquepedals are enough.
