BC Rich Virgo Basswood 6 string Drop A.....
« on: May 08, 2012, 12:29:22 AM »
I'm trying to find a bridge pickup for this guitar. The neck is never used so I'm not going to bother.
My guitarist doesn't use tube amps so I don't think output matters much, but the pickup he has is a cheapo rail pickup (was in there when he bought the guitar) and it's too muddy with the low tuning and the chords we use.
We are in a black metal band with just guitar, no bass, so would like to keep as much of a full range sound as possible.
The riffs use a lot of 3 note chords and bass line/moving lead line patterns so we would like a nice clear pickup.
Any suggestions?
