New DIY 2x12
« on: May 06, 2012, 05:36:23 PM »
Just a few pics of my new 2x12 cab build I started in the new year (enjoyable winter project), with mono/stereo wiring for versatility. Speakers are Celestion Blue & G12H heritage. Also pictured a Martyn Booth special with BKP P90's

Yeah I'm digging the tolex and wood grain combo. Always looked great in my mind, but I've never seen it done before. The force is indeed strong with this one.

Great stuff. I bet that little ensemble sounds pretty damn fine.

Great work. How do you find the Martyn Booth guitar ? A local shop (now closed) had a few in stock but I was afraid to pick them up because they were a bit too expensive for me.

It's a very nice guitar, comfortable and easy to play, lovely neck and great tone with the slim mahogany body and bkp p90's.

Also pretty quiet for a single coil equipped guitar.

Thanks all for the compliments
