In that tuning (one step down, but the lowest string dropped - drop c# or whatever its called ;) ) and scale length, I would go for the d'addario set you mentioned for sure. Should be good.

just read the further posts - its c# standard in fact. 12s or 13s then as others have said.

Don't forget, if you are going to a heavier gauge, you might have to make the nut slots wider to accommodate the thicker strings.
