What do you make of the neck pickup? Is it shreddable like the Cold Sweat, or is it more of a multi tasker?

I'd say both. Maybe a little more rounded than the average shredder though.

I don't really rate the neck pickup as overly amazing, but in saying that it works rather well when used in the middle position with the pot rolled back a bit. Although the results would be different for those using lightweight or bright sounding guitars.
